Bug reports and “this age seems wrong because…” messages jump the queue — getting the math right matters more to us than anything else, because a wrong chronological age means a wrong standard score.

Before you write

Many questions are answered right on the tool pages — each has a short FAQ and a “how we calculate this” panel. If you're unsure whether a result is right, open that panel and check the forward-addition proof; it usually makes the answer obvious.
